Admission Policy
Students who possess high school certificate or equivalent can apply for the design or business programs. The following are to be submitted to the admission staff of Raffles International Admissions Office at time of registration:
- Duly completed application form
- Photocopy of highest attained education qualification.
- Photocopy of personal identification card.
- Two 2-inch photographs
Interested applicants must possess the following minimum requirements:
- At least 2 passes in HKCEE, GSCE or IGSCE or equivalent
- English proficiency proof
- TOEFL 213 (CBT); or
- IELTS 6.0; or
- A passing grade in the Raffles English Placement Test
Student Visa
Raffles Hong Kong will assist potential students to apply for student visas. For student visa application, the following documents will be required.
- Student Visa application forms of 995A, 995B, ID 813, ID 839
- The applicant’s recent photograph
- A letter of acceptance from Raffles Hong Kong
- Photocopy of proof of the applicant’s financial support
This entry arrangement does not apply to:
- Chinese residents of the Mainland and Taiwan;
- Former Mainland Chinese residents settled in Macao who were not settled there by 14 January 1979; and

Nationals of Afghanistan, Albania, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, Korea (Democratic Peoples’ Republic of), Nepal and Vietnam.
