"The Dining Table" by our Furniture Designer, Ng Soon Kiat
Updated on 8 May, 2009.

'The Dining Table', inspired by Dada, is a rejection of conventional perspectives. The table is flipped in order to change the existing function of the tableware and the table. Both objects adopt a new meaning to its function of the tableware supporting the table. The use of black helps to blend the objects together as one, destroying functionality in an indirect manner by blurring individual aesthetic shapes.

"KREITOS" by our Interactive Media Designers, William Sugianto & Lee Velly
Updated on 8 May, 2009.

The shown sculpture is an animator's first step in the creation process. Made from clay, designers carefully etch and mould each detail to precise specifications.

From this basic model, animators will then create different sketches and a storyboard portraying their character in action. Here, Kreitos was created as a powerful warrior with magical abilities that allows him to defeat the mythical sea beast Leviathan.
